However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refunds in certain exceptional cases as outlined below.
All products on DigBizz.com are digital downloads and delivered instantly via email or user dashboard upon successful payment. Since these products are intangible and non-returnable:
We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed and the download link has been provided.
A refund may be issued only under the following circumstances:
